Social Link Machine v2.0 Work is Starting

Social Media WordPress Plugin

This is going to be a very short post.

I and Andy have been receiving many positive feedbacks about results users of Social Link Machine were getting for their websites.

Many users were able to bring new life to their blogs and significantely improved their income.

Such kind of feedbacks make me very happy and they motivate me to create more useful things for IM and SEO comunity.

Recently I decided to start working on SLM v2.0, which will have a lot of new cool features that I and Andy discussed.

But to make it even more useful for you I want to ask you to let me know what features you would like to see in SLM 2.0.

Please write your thoughts in the comments below, so I can add them to a list of new things that will be available in this plugin that has proved it efficiancy.

P.S. I hope to release version two of SLM later this year.

I’d like the plugin to have the ability for us to set several images that can be used randomly to show with our posts. Right now we cannot control the images that is showing with our posts in facebook.

  2. 1.) Have the ability to segment by WP category. This would be especially helpful for a FB page that is only for one category topic.

2.) Have the ability to set the time zone for the user and then based on time, have the ability to schedule the On/Off of the entire plugin. This would be very useful so that updates aren’t going out in the middle of the night.

Thanks DrMax, hope all is well with your family!

I agree with the ability to spin, this is important and the ability to use other indexers as well as an ability to post to other wp blogs you may own.

    Hi Dr. Max Vim,

great to hear. Really looking forward to SLM 2.0 😀 As mentioned, it would be great if there would be a bit more control over the time-aspect of the syndication process. Setting a “time window” e.g. for Facebook or Twitter (during which the content is posted)would be fantastic, so I can make sure that my information is released during the “social media rush-hours”. Prioritizing the social media where the content should be dripped out first, second etc. would be also quiet nice. Additionally the ability to choose and individual anchor text for each social media plattform per post would be GREAT.

    Cheers Marcel

Ability to add spun titles and content to avoid linkbacks looking spammy.

  6. Hi,
Admittedly, I haven’t even begun using SLM, but I wanted to let you know:
    1. I plan to. I’ve had the training videos site up on my browser since purchasing it, just waiting for the opportunity. I’m super-new at all things IM and I’m overwhelmed with all there is to do. But I’m very excited to use it and to see what it can do to and for my fledgling, very basic IM efforts.
    2. I read Chance’s comment on making it all html above and I was immediately intimidated, b/c I don’t know anything beyond extremely basic html. I’ve invested a lot of time training in WP. So if it was to become all-html, I’d have yet another IM learning curve, which I don’t want to add to my life. So, for what it’s worth, please keep it WP compatible!
    Thanks.

    Hello,
I use SLM on two website and my suggestion is SLM could use a link shorter. What happens know moet of th etime when SLM share on Twotter is that the content title is not displayed corrent because it use the long, orginal url.

  8. It would be especially useful to be able to segment the posting based on category. For example, I have a specific Facebook page dedicated only to my podcast. Those posts are in the WP podcast category and if I could specify only those posts to be posted to the specific Facebook page, that would be excellent.

Currently I don’t use SLM on that FB page because I don’t want to post all of the other categories on that page.

Thanks for all of the updates!
